The AMC features an exhibition area showcasing an exciting collection of book and zine distributors, non-profit and activist organizations, technology presentations, and sellers of art, film, music and handmade crafts.

The exhibition area is a critical opportunity for tablers to reach the participants of the AMC, who are leaders in ideas and action within their communities. We are expecting a 10-20% increase in attendance at AMC2009 over the year prior.

The exhibition area has capacity to host about three dozen tablers. Act fast to reserve your spot by registering today. Our low rates for table reservation have stayed the same year after year: $50 for a full table; $30 for a half. All tablers must also be registered for the AMC.

We are holding the conference in two adjoining buildings: McGregor Conference Center and the Community Arts Building. The tables will be set up in the "outer gallery" of Community Arts. Most conference sessions will be in the McGregor Center. But there will always be 1-2 sessions taking place in Community Arts, plus the keynote and closing events, driving foot traffic through the exhibition area. We will post signage directing people to the location of tables.

Tabling will take place during the following hours: Friday (8AM-730PM), Saturday (8AM-530PM), Sunday (9AM-3PM). Hours include load-in, set-up and break-down.

Wayne State has expanded their wireless network to the Community Arts Building. So for the first time since the AMC's move to Detroit, tablers will have Internet access!
